I have many years of experience teaching Pilates in one-to-one or duet situations. These types of classes are excellent for rapid progress with the Pilates method, or for addressing particular problem areas (i.e. postural issues, back pain) or fitness goals (such as sport-specific training or cross-training). I often use Pilates small equipment in these classes (the Pilates ring, Pilates small ball, etc.) and also incorporate related bodyweight exercises from other traditions.
